With Basis you do not have the option to rebook, cancel or get a refund for your booking if you are prevented from arriving.
With flex you can rebook and cancel up to 30 days before arrival. However, we would like to point out that there is an administration fee of DKK 100 per change, per booking. Changes to your stay can only be made in writing and are only valid from the day it is received by the landlord. The amount on the Flex package is not refundable in the event of rebooking or cancellation.

A change to a booking means cancellation, change of accommodation type or the dates of your stay. You are of course always welcome to change the number of people or other additional purchases without having to pay an administration fee.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
We would like to point out that your booking is not covered by the Consumer Agreement Act's rules on the right of cancellation. The sale of accommodation (cabins, summer houses, camping, etc.) is covered by a special exception in the Consumer Agreement Act's prgf 18, section 2, no. 12. The booking made is therefore not covered by a 14-day right of cancellation.
PAYMENT
Advance payment for space
A 30% installment is paid upon booking.
The remaining installment is paid no later than 30 days before arrival. For reservations made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due upon booking.
Prepayment for rental unit
50% is due upon booking.
The remaining amount is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For reservations made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due upon booking.
